The Normal plans scale by down payment: 0% DP with 1% monthly, 10% DP with a 5% discount and 1% monthly, 20% DP with a 10% discount and 0.5% monthly, and 30% DP with a 15% discount and 0.5% monthly. The 30/70 plan splits the price into 30% during construction and 70% at handover, with a 5% discount. Booking is AED 20,000.
