Payment plans explained
Buyers can choose from a ladder of payment structures. The current Investor Sale offers the biggest saving — a 40% discount in exchange for full payment within three months, on limited units. The Normal plans scale by down payment: 0% DP with no discount and 1% monthly, 10% DP with a 5% discount and 1% monthly, 20% DP with a 10% discount and 1% monthly, and 30% DP with a 15% discount and 1% monthly. The 30/70 plan splits the price into 30% during construction and 70% at handover, with a 5% discount. Booking is AED 20,000, and funds sit in a RERA-regulated project-linked escrow account.

End-users — families who want a genuinely gated, green environment with pools, parks and sports courts within the community, at a price that does not require stretching to villa territory and with a 1% monthly plan that keeps instalments manageable. And investors who want an asset in a growth corridor with flexible payment, where the larger down-payment Normal plans and the Investor Sale (40% off for full payment within three months) meaningfully reduce the total price. Handover & developer
The community is developed by Reportage Properties, with handover scheduled for Q4 2028. Construction runs through Dubai's regulated project-linked escrow accounts, so buyer funds are released to the developer only as verified construction milestones are reached — the standard protection that applies across all Reportage communities.
